Ladies Group Lessons and Taster Sessions 

Thank you to all who have been attending my ladies group lessons, it is nice to see so many new faces. If you would like to join in, we have some spaces on Thursday mornings and Friday afternoons. 

We will also be running two FREE taster sessions for anyone looking to take up the game on the following dates:

How the K-Vest helped Dan change his swing 

Dan recently came for a lesson to help improve his golf and learn more about his swing. He had a tendency to curve the ball to the right of the target due to an out-to-in club path. 

After looking at the K-Vest data below, we found him to have a 'reverse spine angle' at the top of the swing. This is when his spine leans towards the target by 5 degrees at the top of the swing; this is one of the main causes of an over the top swing.

   

As you can see in the picture below, Dan is now managing to get his spine leaning away from the target (K-Vest data shows 4 degrees), making it much easier to bring the club down on a flatter angle improving the consistency of his swing.
