What are your goals for 2020?
This week I thought I would write about goal setting for this year. Goal setting has been proven to improve motivation and performance so I think it is important for you to all get something in place for this year. Here are a few things for you to consider: 1) How much time are you going to put into your game? Try and find a weekly spot in your diary to practice 2) Are you keeping a record of your stats? % Fairways, % Greens in regulation, % scrambling etc. 3) Which area of your game needs the most work and how should you break up your practice time? 4) Ensure your goals are not just based around scores but also around the different areas of your game
