Ladies March On in the Mail on Sunday Competition - Round 5
Well the sun shone on the team today in more ways than one.
Marion, Sue W, Gwyn, Olwen and Lisa played away at Macclesfield. The match was halved which meant Lisa who was player number 5 had to go out again for sudden death play off. Well done to Lisa for holding her nerve and winning on the 20th hole!
A great result for the team as it has been pretty hectic over the last 4 days. The ladies will play in round 6 at home against Howley Hall Golf Club, Leeds.
The date is still to be arranged.

After coming back from our honeymoon and realising I had put on a lot of weight I thought I better get back in the gym, so I have now started attending regular strength and conditioning sessions.
The link between your golf swing and physical fitness cannot be underestimated. So many of my students struggle to make consistent and powerful golf swings due to poor stability and flexibility. I have been working with Matt at Be Better Performance & Aesthetics on my rotational strength and stability and have been seeing great results!
