Senior's J.C. Brown Bowl
It was great to see 36 players in this competition, up from 23 last year, another great sign of how the amount of golf being played at our club is increasing!
Tony Cooper won with an incredible 45 points, reducing his handicap to 11. Chris O'Toole also scored an excellent 43 points to reduce his handicap to 24. Rob Chibnall came third with 36.
Jubilee Vase - Saturday, 22 August
This was a proper English summer's day with competition for the Jubilee Vase played in sunshine and warmth - very unusual for this year.
A large field played and there was good scoring from Tony Cooper, following up his win in the mid-week JC Brown Bowl
1st - Tony Cooper - 41pts
2nd = Andy Mundy - 39pts
2nd = Logan Stanyer - 39pts
2nd = Gary Johnstone - 39pts
Good scoring also meant that 5 players returned 38 points with a total of 17 players on 36 points or better.
Ladies EWGA Medal
Congratulations to Tracy Smith for winning the Ladies EWGA medal with a nett 73. Mo Monk came a close second with a nett 74.
Ladies Group Coaching - Every Thursday Morning

Starting in September I will be running group coaching sessions every Thursday morning from 9.30am-10.30am and 10.30am-11.30am.
The cost is £7.50 per person and there will be a maximum of four people per group.
